I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location next to the river was stunning and made for a peaceful atmosphere. The facilities were top-notch, from the clean hot-spring bath to the convenient parking. The staff was helpful and went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. Plus, the breakfast was a great way to start my day!

    Nothing all excellent.

This hotel has a lovely location next to a river, making it a great spot for a peaceful getaway. Guests can enjoy the calming view of the river while soaking in the indoor or outdoor hot springs. the cotton kimonos provided by the hotel are a nice touch as they provide an authentic Japanese experience. the room fixtures are dated and worn, but everything is kept very clean, including the bathroom. the service from friendly staff is exceptional and they go above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations for local activities.

The facilities offered by this hotel are quite limited compared to others, with just a pool table, ping pong table and small gift shop.

The hotel offered a festive Christmas dinner, and even had a Santa Claus visit for the kids. The indoor hot springs were relaxing, and we enjoyed using the provided cotton kimonos. The hotel was located near a charming traditional village, with interesting museums and historical sites to explore.

The hotel felt outdated, with a lack of attention from staff. They did not seem to take pride in their customer service.

The hot springs were amazing! There were indoor and outdoor soaking pools and the cotton kimonos provided by the hotel made the experience even better. the hotel was located in a quiet area next to a beautiful river and was within walking distance to local attractions such as a sake factory and shrines. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was a bit far from the city center and public transportation was limited. the hotel could use some updates as the fixtures in the room were dated.

Their fluent English and helpfulness made my stay so much easier. Lastly, the amenities at this hotel were superb. From the comfortable rooms with all the necessary facilities, to the hot springs and leisure activities like table tennis and billiard tables, everything was provided to ensure a luxurious and enjoyable experience.
